The Challenge
TalTeam was tasked with re-architecting the Value Set Authority Center (VSAC), a critical NIH platform that standardizes clinical terminology across Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs. By leveraging Redis and Elastic Search, our team transformed VSAC into a high-performance, scalable platform, reducing query times from minutes to seconds and embedding standardized FHIR-based APIs that eliminate the need for custom integrations.
