Mathew’s responsibilities include human resources, compliance, business process monitoring and analysis, developing best practices, and defining strategic objectives as well as building, developing and growing business relationships.
Mathew holds a Master’s in Education from George Mason University and Post-graduate Certificate from George Washington University in Organizational Leadership. Mathew is Project Management Professional (PMP) Trained, ITIL Certified and a graduate of Virginia DSBSD’s (Interise) Streetwise MBA. She is an active participant in the U.S. Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce, Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, Northern Virginia Technology Council, and other Industry associations.
