Jonathan Miller is the HR Manager at TalTeam, where he oversees the company’s human resources operations. He manages onboarding for all employees and contractors, along with payroll setup, benefits administration, contract management, and state and federal compliance reporting. He also leads efforts to modernize how the company handles HR, continually working to make mandatory HR related tasks as simple, efficient, and seamless as possible.

Jonathan has had a variety of different stops in his career. In 2010 he founded his own photography business, serving familes, businesses, and interior designers. He also worked as an ophthalmic technician at the Retina Group of Washington, conducting patient intake and diagnostic imaging, before joining TalTeam in 2018.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Virginia Tech.
