Nicholas Szczypinski is a Proposal Manager with expertise in leading and coordinating complex proposal efforts across federal and state government markets. He manages the full proposal lifecycle, from capture support and solution development to color team reviews and final submission, ensuring high-quality, customer-focused responses that align with client requirements and organizational objectives. 

Nicholas brings a strong background in business development, capture support, technical documentation, and marketing, giving him a well-rounded perspective on identifying opportunities and developing winning strategies. Throughout his career at TalTeam, he has progressed through multiple roles of increasing responsibility, building expertise in government contracting, proposal management, and client engagement. 

Nicholas earned his Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Radford University, with a concentration in Public Relations and a minor in Digital Communications and Research Analytics. He also holds several professional certifications.
