Sheetal Mirchandani is the Vice President of Growth & Strategy at TalTeam, where she leads strategic growth initiatives and business development efforts across public and private sector markets. She works closely with customers and partners to identify opportunities, strengthen relationships, and deliver solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.  

A mission-driven executive with more than 20 years of experience, Sheetal has built her career leading technology transformation, product management, customer success, and operational excellence initiatives across healthcare, financial services, insurance, government, and consulting sectors. She is recognized for her ability to align business strategies with technology innovation, helping organizations solve complex challenges while driving sustainable growth and organizational success.  

Prior to joining TalTeam, Sheetal held leadership roles at the Federal Reserve, where she established a customer success function, led enterprise cloud migration initiatives, and drove adoption of enterprise data platforms supporting critical functions including FOMC interest rate policy analysis, currency fitness, debt ceiling analysis, and cybersecurity operations.  

Throughout her career, Sheetal has successfully launched innovative healthcare technology solutions, including a health insurance platform that calculated hundreds of millions of dollars in Affordable Care Act subsidies, helping expand access to affordable healthcare for millions of Americans. She has also led teams supporting claims processing for more than five million federal employees enrolled in Blue Cross Blue Shield programs and contributed to large-scale digital transformation initiatives that improved customer experience and operational efficiency across the insurance industry.  

Sheetal holds an MBA in Information Management from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from M.S. University, India. She is an ITIL-certified professional, Certified Prosci Change Management Practitioner, and Certified Scrum Master. She has also completed executive education programs in Negotiation and Influence at Berkeley Executive Education and Executive Presence, Influence & Leadership at Wharton Executive Education.
