Sudha Mathew is the Founder, President, and CEO of TalTeam, Inc., where she provides strategic leadership for the delivery of technology solutions that help organizations modernize operations, harness data, and accelerate innovation. Since co-founding the company, she has helped lead TalTeam’s growth as a trusted provider of software development, systems integration, data analytics, business intelligence, and AI-driven solutions for government and commercial clients.

Combining expertise in technology, business transformation, and organizational leadership, Sudha is committed to helping clients turn complex challenges into measurable outcomes. Her focus on innovation, operational excellence, and emerging technologies continues to shape TalTeam’s mission of delivering meaningful results for its customers.

Sudha holds a Master’s in Education from George Mason University and Post-graduate Certificate from George Washington University in Organizational Leadership. Mathew is Project Management Professional (PMP) Trained, ITIL Certified and a graduate of Virginia DSBSD’s (Interise) Streetwise MBA. She is an active participant in the U.S. Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce, Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, Northern Virginia Technology Council, and other Industry associations.
